Although the catalogues contain hundreds of headstones and memorials, this actually represents only a small section of the range of memorials that can be produced. If you need something that is not shown in this catalogue, then please contact us to discuss your requirements.

HEADSTONES & MEMORIALS ORDERING PROCEDURE

1: Chose a headstone or memorials from our catalogue, if you don't see what you require just send us a photograph or picture.

​

2: Email us with your chosen headstone or memorial catalogue number, stone colour and your inscription wording. We can advise on the inscription choices, e.g., colour and text font. If a memorial with kerb set is required, would you like a soil base or solid base with decorative chipping? We will then email or contact you with a price.

3: If your happy with our quotation, a 50% deposit will be required and a cheque made payable to the cemetery for payment of the permit. We will also require all the grave and cemetery details at this stage.

4: We will post or email you an inscription layout for your approval with the cemetery permit to be signed. PLEASE NOTE, THAT ONLY THE GRAVE OWNER CAN DO THIS. Any changes to the layout need to be made at this stage, once the permit has been submitted changes can only be made if a new permit is applied for.

5: Once we receive your signed permit and inscription layout, the permit will be completed with the mason's details and submitted to the cemetery. Once the cemetery has agreed that the headstone or memorial is within their specification, we will then place the order for the headstone or memorial.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE HEADSTONE OR MEMORIAL IS ORDERED, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 3-4 MONTHS FOR THE COMPLETION

6: Once the headstone or memorial has been fitted, final payment will be required.
